Adishakti Yoga is nestled in Historic Five Points, the heart of Riverside, Jacksonville, Florida. Located inside Midnight Sun, we offer a yoga kula for all to awaken to the infinite capabilities of the body, mind, and consciousness.
Adishakti Yoga offers classes 7 days a week and is a perfect space for the beginner to the advanced yogi. We offer a standard of excellence unlike many other yoga schools. Our staff is required to have their own daily practice and continue to study with master teachers, providing quality authentic instruction to all students. We offer a variety of classes in the Ashtanga/Vinyasa Yoga methods, gentle yoga, Prenatal Yoga, Meditation, and chanting. With special guests, workshops, and events we offer something for everyone.

Amazing
The class I attended today was one of the most profound experiences that I have ever had! The teacher was amazing, the studio was amazing... friendly people.... I can't wait to go back for more!
