Couldn't it be rated less?
I had horrible times with these people, They talk bad about each other, there is friendships between the supervisor and the care takers that take the rights AWAY FROM YOUR LOVED ONE. The quality? Well I am not sure they even have GOALS FOR TRYING TO BE THE BEST, or even up to standard. The supervisors are in-attentive to your loved ones NEEDS. Supervisors allways in meetings. One of the people that my Mom had was a POT-HEAD, she EXCITEDLY spoke to Mom about the fun she had while "high". Another one was pretty crippled up herself and had open sores all over her hands. There is no pride in the work that they do AT ALL.
One last thing, keep in mind, these people get MINIMUM WAGE, the training they get is from your loved ones. It's all "Trial-And-Error". It doesn't take many errors with a person who cannot care for themselves to truly "HURT" your loved-one
USE CAUTION IF YOU CHOOSE THIS ONE, THEY SOUND GREAT AND DRAW A PRETTY PIC. BUT DON'T LIVE UP! U B SORRY
