Price is great. I had a issue with the first control panel I bought from them and they were helpful. Decided MAYBE user error on that one so a 2nd was bought. At that point customer service went away. I'm still waiting to hear back from e-mails or the phone messages I left about the problems my electrician was running into.
We did get it running but the new topside panel was bad. Stuck on PSOL/H error code. Unplugged it and everything worked as normal.
I did not like that Joe's first assumption(1st control pack) was that my electrician was a idiot when after going through the system both he and my spa guy claim the wiring order of the pump "plugs" are not the industry standard which is why the first unit fried. (same plug, different wiring order)
The panels are easy install as long as you are very aware and make sure your existing wire plugs are corrected before install.
At this point running 24 hours with no additional problems.
