there is no 0 star, that's why i given 1, It is one of the worst service center in louisville, Their service center Representatives are disgusting, they never call back to the customer. I don't recommend this to anyone. I had very bad experience with them multiple times, it sucks

As much as my husband and I love Acuras, we will never use our local dealership again. The first one we had, we got terrible service and it seemed to us that they had a problem with race. Since my husband isn't caucasian, he always had problems getting things done like minor oil changes and scheduled maintenance. He even had the police called on him for voicing his opion about their service. Just an overall bad place to purchace a vehicle. Also we bought an extended warranty for our vehicle, but it never covered anything. It was just another way for them to get money. Stay away from them unless you're white or don't care about getting over-charged for things a warranty should cover..
