Accurate Window & Door Center

Larry the saleman came out the first part of June to measure for a new door for my home. I waited four weeks for an estimate and nothing. When I finally called and left a message for Larry on his cell, office phone and also e-mailed him, it took him five days to get back to me with a voice mail message he was going to be on vacation for a week but someone in the office was working on my quote and would be contacting me w/i a few days. I waited another week and still no communication from Accurate Window & Door. When I called again, no one in the office was aware they were supposed to be working on estimates for me. This sort of communication meltdown went on until Sept. when it was too late to get a door ordered and in Denver before possible severe weather. I gave up and went somewhere else the following spring and had no issues with that company. I did contact Larry's boss via e-mail but he failed to reply to me regarding my concerns.
