DISSATISFIED FIRST TIME HOME BUYER!
As stated about this company, I was not allowed to walk thru the inspection with him and it took days to reach him. He did not test my appliances, outlets and I had leaks on my roof that he did not detect. When I finally reached him he asked what did I want him to do.
Well before anyone else waste their money, I decided to write this review so they can really protect their investment & save themselves the heartache by going elsewhere.
Worst.
I had namely Ken Lewis inspect my house before I purchased it. One he came on the wrong day and inspected the house and sent me ther report. He did claim the shingles were shingles on shingles and the roof was repaired. Moved in and the first month I had leaks. Went on the roof with two other roofers and the roof was not done under code and was very poorly done. Now I called the company and left mulitple messages with no phone call back. It is over 25% and now I have to replace the roof. Along with other things that should of been caught. Worst ever company.
