Not highly recommended....
As just a person who goes in there for supplies for my college art class, it's okay. I mean they have most of the supplies...but the quality they have isn't the best. Plus the service is not very good...I have to literally keep checking back at the cashier station to see if they are there, which most of the time they are wandering about doing something else. I mean atleast stay near by the cash register just in case. I don't want to wait for YOU to buy my things. \t\nIt's really annoying when they go "May I help you" and stalk you around the store when you're looking around, but thankfully they don't do that too much here. \t\nAMATEUR beginner artists could go here, but someone who has a bit more experience in art and needs the finest quality...go somewhere else. I go here because I don't live near too many arts and crafts stores. But it's not HORRIBLE, but it could be better. =/

Working with their assistant manager, Sierra, and their store manager has left me with a horrible experience. I will not ever be returning! I thought things had gone better after hearing from the store manager on the phone, but when I returned to pick up the order I realized it had not. During my ordering process they 1. had me pay in full for a matte they later called me and told me they could not get in the size i needed nor did they have a similar color 2. did not cut the matte to show the white edges, per my request (i found this out when i went to pick up my completed order - then had to wait a few hours for them to fix it) 3. told me they didn't know if my item was ready and would return a phone call in 10 min., which turned into 2 hours. 4. told me my order was ready to be picked up, when I came in they said they didn't receive one of their ordered mattes/it wasn't done. 5. told me it would be ready in 1 more week, it was 2 more weeks. 6. provided not real apologies and horrible customer service. I was told I would be given 25% off my order (on top of the 25% off coupon I used) to equal 50% off, but then they would not give me that discount. They would only give me 25% off of the discounted price ($15 more than I should've had to pay) I could go on and on about this place - save yourself the hassle and get your custom frames done elsewhere!

Aaron Brothers in Woodinville may be pricey but they do send out adds with 40% off coupons and the art supply selection is better good. And did I say that it is local. Parking is good and they are never too crowded. The staff are ok, nothi...
