I personal do not recomend this place at all!. this year because of their poor trainging staff i have to pay $1,700 back to the IRS. according to the owner his employee Paola did not do notthing wrong. instead he does not want to take full responsabilty for this HUge......error but sent me a certified letter telling me that we are responsiblefor it. When i went to his office he agreed that this lady was a very forgetful person and that yes she could have done it. but still did not care to SCREW US !!!! personalmente no recomiendo este lugar porque las trabajadoras carecen de entendimiento y son olvidadisas. el dueno dice que Paola no hizo nada malo. despues que yo le djie mas de 3 veces el desempleo no se incluye en el 1040? y ella secamente dice no! para que pagar a alguien que no sabe que hacer no tienen responsabilidad.? cuando hablo con el me dice que si efectivamente paola pudo olvidar y causar el error. pero igual manda una carta certificada diciendo que ellos no son culpable
