Aaa Cumberland Valley Tree

I want to tell others that this tree service doesn't tell you exactly how they will cut your wood down. we were led to believe when we had a large tree taken down that the remaining trunk would be cut down to pieces able to handle. they left us before they even finished the job and we had to ask them to come back to at least cut the trunk and then they messed up on the cuts. when i wrote and called them about being dissatisfied with the job, they never called back or answer my email. they already had our check and then their service was then done. they didn't care if we were satisfied or not with the job they did for us. i tried to cut down some of the trunk pieces and could not , but i stopped by and was told my chain saw would cut thru them, it did not and they said they would come back and charge us $68 an hour to finish the job they should have done to begin with. I do not recommend this tree service company, can't trust what they say!!
