Customer service sucks! Great until they get your check, then suddenly the owner's phone is never answered, mailbox is full and no return calls. Everyone blames everyone else. They promised someone would be out the next day to measure for the liner. Noone showed up until we called THREE days later. They promised it would be in in 2 weeks. It took 4. Liner was falling down within months. They're claiming it is a structural problem with our pool, but we asked about structure and it was examined prior to the install. THey're going to charge us to continue to fix the pulling away of the liner because that labor isn't included if they continue to do it poorly over and over again.\t\n\t\nThe have been unrepsonsive, rude and intentionally delayed repairs because I am angry with them.
