A List Industry

So, I went in to make an appointment for a small design. I was openly mocked by the staff who were turning their backs to me and making gestures and laughing -- right in front of me. I made the appointment, but had serious reservations about going. They didn't take a deposit which struck me as strange. Sure enough, when I showed up for the appointment, no one was there, the shop was closed, and the gate was down. They had my phone number from when I made the appointment, and no call was ever made to explain what had happened. Worst customer service. These people do not belong in a service business.
