on traveling to florida i needed a boarding pass on return trip .i entered the office showed my aaa card to thr front desk and was told to sit and wait . then a women named carol birdyshaw approached me and i told her what i wanted she very rudely said we do not do that unless they make the arrangements even after i told her i was a 20 year aaa member and i think i deserve this service i am amember that has been paying my membership for 20 years, she still was very unpleasant.it is very sad people like this need to show there power over thers when in fact they should do the opposite. i did get my boarding pass. walter fritz
