A Line Cycles

Many thanks to A-Line Cycles owner Joe Dondero, hilksls wife Kim and son Kyle for customer service above and beyond the call of duty. When the shop, for reasons beyond their control, didn’t open on Saturday, Oct. 22, I was unable to pick up a bike that had been tuned up for delivery to my stepson in Portland, OR. I was leaving early Sunday morning, so searched the Web for a site that had an e-mail address for the shop. Sent a note at around 7:30 PM and got a phone call at 9:30 saying someone would come to open up for me so I could get the bike. By 10:30 PM, Kyle had come down, checked out the bike, waived charges, and I had the bike loaded in my van. It would have been easy at that hour on a Saturday night to just say “Tough luck,” so a big thank you to folks who really care about their customers.
