Your Body Code

I signed up with Your Body Code program and paid over $2,000 to Amanda Beckner. This program is advertised to be to your needs and lifestyle. I am a full time caretaker for my husband who has been through cancer,stroke, and has Parkinson's disease. This is accompanied by dementia. I have gone through a difficult period with my husband and had just when I was going to start coming in, I was dropped as a client because I could not come in as Amanda wanted. I paid for a year of the program and a year of support, yet I am dropped as a client after 7 months. As a caretaker, my patient needs come first. If I am unable to come for a period of time, I've still paid a lot of money and have time left. Instead of getting support and learning about eating this has been a waste of time and money. Ms. Beckner had no interest in me as a client and helping me. She took over $2,000 and is breaching her contract. Perhaps she has been doing this too long and is bored with it. She certainly was bored with me. I thought I would be getting nutritional counseling. I was wrong. When she gave me my first week's diet, Amanda laughed and said it would take me about 4 months to be able to do it. That is not doing things to your needs. I don't need another stressful thing I can't do, I wanted some help and support. Rather than help a paying client, she tells me why she won't see me any more, of course with no refund.
This could happen to anyone. I would find someone with more of an interest in helping people and not just take your money and then won't see you as a client. I believe that is a breach of contract and not legal. Beware.
