My family and I have had nothing but horrible service from the McDonalds at 1810 West Washington Street, West Bend, WI. Managed by Killian Management Service. I have constantly complained that our order is never correct, or the food is cold. All I receive back is rudeness from the managers and an offer for a free meal. Why would I want a free meal if the order will be incorrect or cold??? People do not go here until the management can get their act together and do something about this!! ...read more
