I took my Dyson there for service and he charged me without my per authorization to remove a clog when I was taking it there for another warranty issue. To top it off he could not explain where the clog was and on my invoice the charge was for cleaning my filter. What a scam. I called Dyson customer service to work on a refund. It was only $25 but hey I would not just fix your car at a shop without a pre authorization especially for another issue that is a warranty claim. I then asked can I talk to Dyson? contacted them to try to avoid big box store wanted personal service as our wall oven/micro needed new micro. Problem was they never really wrote my info so ended up ordering - but I finally contacted them. Needed a " trim kit" that they had in stock but claim it was damaged 1 hour before our scheduled install! Ps no other kit available they would contact rep for GE. Asked them to install anyway my husband took off work -however my husband said the guy delivered it and left!! We could of picked up any micro if it wasn't about the proper fit and install we are not even able to remove the old one! Now I have a micro in a box and one broken one in the wall. I recently had a motor replaced in my water softener at the cost of $55.00 to my surprise they added a $129.00 service charge and $9.99 for gas. MY home is 4 miles from the office in Oconomowoc the repair man was here less than 30 minutes. These additional charges are ridiculous, I can understand paying a service fee for coming to the house but $129.00 give me a break with the economy the way it is you should be glad to have customers I will seriously be looking for another vendor to supply my salt delivery.
