After an initial bad experience, we've had our concerns resolved and the installation of our dishwasher finished satisfactorily. Meanwhile, the new thermostat for our oven (which had been heating 80 to 90 degrees LESS than it said for the past few months) that they installed on their initial visit last week has been a boon and we have no complaints. It's so much easier to cook Easter dinner for friends and family when you don't have to GUESS at the temperature in your oven! ...read more

My sister had posted a negative review a couple of days ago, but since then we have found Milwaukee Appliance extremely responsive and helpful. They resolved all our concerns politely and appropriately today, and we have a very different view now of their services in installing the new dishwasher in our shared house.
