We formerly sent our daughter to Kiddo's Learning Center and were saddened to learn, with only a 2 week notice, that our center would be closing. Upon the center's closing, we were told that we would be refunded the money we had paid for the full month of care but for which we had received no actual child care due to the closing. Five weeks after we were promised our money back we were informed that we would not be getting a refund. The executive director, Phillip Carlson, has refused to speak with, or return phone calls to, the many parents he now owes money. I have found Kiddo's day care to be a completely dishonest business and a place I would not trust to send my child. ...read more
