I took my husband and daughter their this past weekend. We actually live in Oregon and have eaten at DeBroux several times. Usually they have okay/good food. Unfortunately, their brunch we found to be simply awful. The corned beef was from a can. The scrambled eggs were sitting in water. The hash browns were full of oil. We were very disappointment in the variety of dishes available to choose from. We had to "shush" our 6 year old daughter because she kept saying (quite loudly) "I want the old place back." We told her that we did too but that we would have to wait and talk about it in the car. She left the brunch hungry. We noticed that the parking lot at ESC was pretty empty as well. So we were wondering if the new format was even going to last. It's only been a few weeks and it seems the amount of regulars has been greatly reduced. I know that we will not be going back.
