It is the little things that count. My dad used to tell me that. Do you agree? When it comes right down to it...it is the little consistent things that reflect how the BIG things will turn out. 1. A 5% increase in customer loyalty could yield 20-80% to your bottom line.. 2. 62% of your clients aren't taking advantage of all of your products or services. 3. 91% of customers say they would give a referral, but 80% haven't been encouraged to do so! 4. 62% of the reasons customers fail to continue business is perceived indifference. Simply saying thank you to your customer will increase your business by 17%. 5. You lose 10% of your influence for every month that you don't have contact with your client. 6. Most companies lose 10-17% of their business every year and don't even realize 7. An average prospect won't do business with you until they've seen or heard from you or your message at least 7 times. 8. 79% of all trade show leads aren't followed up. Most business from a trade show comes from the vendor following up with the prospect. 9. 66% of your business within the next year will come from your sphere of influence. How are you staying in touch with them? 10. Only 3% of the mail we receive is personal. If only 3% of mail is personal....no wonder so much get's thrown out! When you sort through your mail, what do you look for first? What catches you eye? Yes, the bills get sorted in a pile, the junk mail gets recycled but, the real personal mail, maybe a greeting card...that either gets opened first or saved for a quiet time to savor the message. What if that special card was from you to a customer telling them that you hope they get well soon, or thanking them for their business, or congratulating them on their child's wedding or even telling them of something you read in the paper about their personal or professional success. Now that card is going on the mantel and in the mental pile of people they know, like and trust! And that is where YOU want to be. Trust is everything. We can help you do that in an easy , personal , efficient way, with your own pictures and even videos. Every card is personal and you have a data base that reminds you of important dates and auto sets cards and gifts to be sent out up to 3 years in the future. Give it a try. It is free. www.sendoutcards.com/getconnected Always thankful, Joyce White Nelson National Certified Trainer/Consultant in Relationship Marketing 920 562.2141 It’s the little things.
