I'm very angry about the way they treated me when I moved out. Everything went great when I lived there. Maintenance was fast about fixing a problem at the apartment. When I moved out they took all my deposit and plus on top of that charged me 93 dollars. Before moving out I went to the office and talked to one of the girls there about moving out. She explained to me that apartment has to be clean, and one of the things they look at are window seals. She even gave me a paper on what needs to be clean. I'm pregnant so I could not deal with a lot of cleaning supplies. My mother stepped in to clean the place for me. She worked as a apartment cleaner for 5 years and new every little detail they would go for. My mother cleaned the window seals with a toothbrush, moved the fridge and cleaned behind it, washed all the walls, even cleaned behind the water heater in the little closet, and etc. The apartment was move in ready. The way I got it is the way they got it back the last day I left. Big mistake I made was living without doing a inspection with them, or even taking photos to have some proof. I'm for sure never, ever doing that again. I learned my lesson. Worst of all I feel bad for having my mother clean that apartment on a really hot day. Why clean the apartment when they take your money anyway. They took a full cleaning fee of 135 dollars for a little bit of dirt on the wall, a dot in a sink, and dirty window seals. What a BIG FAT LIE! Carpet was not even dirty and they charged me 90 bucks for that too. Also when I talked to them about this I was told I will receive photos the manager has to take when she goes to the apartment. They took my email down to send me the photos. Next day they said they don't have the photos. The cleaning contract they talked to me about is BS. It's all a lie to take money from you. ...read more

I would give negative stars if I could. I have never dealt with a company as unprofessional and deceptive as Ross Pacific. Avoid this company at all costs! They will lie through their teeth to get you to sign a lease, they will make false promises about repairs that need to be done, they will try to charge you for wear and tear, they will refuse to return your calls once you are a tenant, and on more than one occasion they have screwed up posting my rent payments. I am so glad I got away from this company. If you do get stuck with them be sure to take tons and tons of pictures and be prepared to go to court with them. They will try to charge you for wear and tear at the end. They will lie about anything they can. You have been warned!! Terrible experience with Ross Pacific. Avoid Bridgett like the plague... ...read more

Seemed like a fairly decent company. Until we bought our house and were ready to move out. They kept coming back and trying to say the house wasn't clean. Frankly it was cleaner than when I moved in AND they kept $250 for a hair in the sink. Don't use them if you can help it. ...read more
