I took one of the analysis's to a customer with a proposal. She had contacted her current provider with some questions and thought she had all the answers. They explained the $100.00 fee per year. Told her that her 2085 was compliant and that she was secure. I asked her where her security book was and she said NorthAmerican BankCard told her it was not necessary for her to have one. All she needed to know was that she was compliant. I asked her to call them while I was there and we could not find a live person that knew what we were talking about. I asked her if she wanted to deal with someone that could not answer her questions or a local person that wanted to help her business.
