Awful customer service because they employ horrible human beings. If you are ever hit by someone and it is not your fault, you better hope the cops don't call this place. If so, they will send you a notice a few days later saying you have 2 days to pay them hundreds of dollars or they own your car. If you call them to explain that you are still trying to track down the responsible party's insurance company and can they give you a few days, they will out right laugh at you, then tell you no, if you don't paying their ransom, they are going to scrap your car, sell off the parts, and bill YOU, not the responsible party, for the balance of their bill.
