DO NOT GO HERE! I just left this car wash. I got the interior/exterior package. My issue is the interior. My dash was not completely dusted, my doors inside and the frame were not dusted/ wiped down all the way and one side of the back seat didn't get vacuumed and my windshield was very streaked. Your staff (6) had time to stand around shoot the breeze but not help co-worker with the one car that was there at the time. I accept humor and all that good stuff but what about team work and quality control? Shouldn't not the lead be inspecting and releasing cars? You need to work with your mangers and leads. I was taught a work ethic that if you take a man's money you need to give a fair days work or in your case service.
