I had the bet experience recently! Brought my car in for an oil change ( I used the free oil change I had on file-yay) and before leaving, I mentioned I'd like it looked at closer, due to a funny sound I had been hearing. Well I was pleasantly surprised when I received a call a couple hours later, letting me know that my car was ready for pick up, but more importantly that they weren't going to charge me the full diagnostic price... since luckily, they found nothing wrong with it!
