Back in 2009 I wrote a positive review, but I need to update it and warn people about Mindi Blanchard. She created terrible turmoil and strife for our family and ran up $20,000 in legal expenses charged to our parents' estate. She was arrogant, "snippy", dismissive of family concerns, and derelict in carrying out her responsibilities. She was rude to friends of our parents. She will tell you that when she has served as an estate executor that family members fight like cats and dogs. What she won't tell you is her role in causing family turmoil and friction. Our experience was consistent with the horrible experiences other families had working with her. The Hale family sued her for similar arrogant and harmful behaviors associated with their elderly parents. See the following for a copy of their suit.
