The selection and quality of their plants seem to be good. (Only one of the 5 trees I purchased didn't make it.) My only caution is regarding their guarantee policy. Their competitors allow for a 1-year total plant replacement guarantee. Todd's only allows a 30% guarantee if YOU plant it. Their 100% guarantee is only if THEY plant it.\t\n\t\nAlthough I purchased 5 trees and their representative quoted me a 100% guarantee 12 months ago, their manager denied me the courtesy of honoring the verbal guarantee. The $79.00 tree not only wasn't fully guaranteed, it cost me the plant's loss of a year's growth. I am very disappointed in the way they handled my complaint.
