Can I give them zero stars? I guess not. They were extremely RUDE when we went to pick up our car (insulting my husband for calling to ask if the car was ready before he headed over to pick it up) AND they did a crappy job. The dent repair was mediocre, but the paint job is NOT a match to the car. They said it would be blended in, but did not, and in the process, they scratched up our tinted windows and tail light. When we complained and did not want to pay for the TERRIBLE paint job (we were willing to pay for the dent repair) they were unwilling to work with us on that. They continued making personal insults. Eventually they took some of the cost of the paint job off, but not all of it. Now we have scratches that we didn't have before AND we still have to get a new paint job done. My prior review that I had posted I decided to retract due to the fact Mr Barrett contacted me to resolve my issues prior to ever reading my review\t\nI now feel I was treated more then fair but the problem wasn't all Barrett's but Mega appraiser and Workmens auto insurance ( do not use mega or sign with Workmens ) \t\nNext time I also would use Barrett's for any repair \t\nafter a long conversation with Mr Barrett my experience never will or ever has happened at this company ...read more

WOW!!! That was my first thought when I walked into the lobby to get the estimate done on my Dodge Ram. What a facility...they must be doing something right for a long LONG time to get THAT nice!! Sure enough, from the Receptionist to the Estimator, my initial experience was calming my irritation of getting rear ended. I was able to relax with some coffee and watch TV as they reviewed the damage, coordinated with a Rental car for me and took me in right away! I was told the repair would take approx 7 business days to complete. The second day I received an update phone call to say that the parts were in already and the body techs were working on the bedside. 2 days later I got another update call to say that the painters were in progress. The next day I got yet another update call.... Truck is ready for pick up!! Correct me if I am wrong, but that adds up to 5 days, not 7!!!! Thank you for Rocking!!!!
