If you have had a water loss in your home or business it can be quite traumatic. The common thought process tells us just to get all the water cleaned up and it will be fine. Are you sure about that?? I would think about that one. There are a number of issues you can run into. The scarriest is probably mold. We live in an environment that is very condusive to mold growth. The one that concerns most people is black mold, it can cause respritory issues. Under the floor covering to the subfloor?
