I will never patronize this business again - after 9 years of .my cleaning there I am done. Over the past 3-4 months I have taken 4 jackets for cleaning and pressing. All four came back looking worse than when I took in for service. I took 2 back for a redo and they still looked just as bad. The third I did not take back. The fourth was a white jacket with notations to pay special attention to the cuffs, lapels and neckline. I just took the jacket out to wear and found that it was just a dirty as when I took it in. I took the 3 jackets in to show them that nothing had been done and was told the following. No refunds, I wasn't charged enough for one of the jackets., I needed to pickup their pamphlets to that I would know the appropriate cleaning methods for my clothing. I've taken these same jackets to them for cleaning for almost 9 years and only recently have had problems with them My next steps are reporting them to the Better Business Bureau and a note to the Federal Way Mirror about my experiences and their extremely poor customer service. ...read more

!!!DO NOT TAKE YOUR DRY CLEANING HERE UNLESS YOU WANT THEM TO RUIN YOUR CLOTHES AND DENY IT!!! I don't write many reviews anymore, simply because I dont have the time but when I experience something so horrendous, so deceitful, and with such bad customer service I have to write something to warn my fellow consumer I have gone here before when they were the old owners. The new owners are running this business into the ground. STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS!!!!
