I called in because my door was not going down and staying down. The girl walked me through the process and assured me that it was my little sensors for my opener. I kept insisting it was not. However she walked through the whole thing and sure enough it was my sensors. I had something to close. She saved me a service fee and was very patient with me throughout the whole process. They have been out to fix my door a couple years back. They are helpful, honest, fair & very knowledgable. Koodles to them.... ...read more
