As always, the service department was quick to greet me, gave me a nice quiet place to work on my computer in the plush waiting area, got me a nice cup of coffee, and had the work done in about 45 minutes. My wife and I have been in business with this dealership for the last six years. We are just disspointed with the salesman with their overpromise and overselling, and determination to close the deal. Once the deal was closed they forget all about you and how you purchased two vehicles from them. Not very happy with our salesman or our previous one. This will be our last time we purchase our vehicles from this dealership. We love the toyota vehicles, but I cant stand the salesman. Ther service department is great that I will give kudos to. The greeter was very nice and professional. After that, it went downhill. My car took 1.5 hours for a scheduled oil change. I was even 15 minutes early getting there. The young man who came to finally get me to tell me my car was done vaguely pointed at the door when I asked him where the car was.
