Our vehicle is a 2016 Explorer. The service was excellent and the staff was most helpful as well. I inquired about why my emergency brake will not stay on. I was informed that it may be the switch itself. Anthony Jengo was very helpful and said that he would look into the matter and see if the switch is still under warranty.
