Well, I went to this store in Northfield
I was just got my phone like 2 days ago .. I just had a little issue wz my phone I got it from an authorized dealer

they didnt even wanna touch it .. they told that I didnt get this from verizon wireless ????

WHAT???? Then why u guys are given these dealers license to sell phones under ur name ????????!!!

then they wanted me to call the dealer to reverse everything & then mail him the phone !!!!!!

THIS IS ILLEGAL .. how can they reverse it wz out gettin there phone back ???

then they told me they're gonna make Insurance claim for me
but the upgrade has to be reversed first

HOW ???
then I figured out that they r trying to sell me the same phone wzout telling me ???

*I have been a customer for many years. Upsetting experience occurred at *Northfield, NJ (08225) location on 06/17/2010. First of all, Jim from the Tech Department was extremely pleasant & helpful. He asked a manager to assist him. Her name was *Charlene. Within seconds I detected an attitude problem. She acted like I was a bother and was extremely **condescending, **why as she was absolutely NO help and just-up and walked away. (????) Jim finally solved my problem. Sadly, Charlene wasn't very nice to the staff. Also, she was chewing gum the entire time she was *begrudgingly waiting on me. Mind you, not discreetly but with her mouth wide open. How very rude. Perhaps she was having a bad day. (????) That's not my problem. Believe you me, she just about ruined my day. "HAVE A BLESSED DAY!!!!"
