I took my laptop with the power cord there to get looked at because it was running slow, but still functioning, they called the next day saying the hard drive was bad, so we opted to pick up the computer as is and look for another one.. they lost our power cord and claimed it was never checked in so I guess I have to try to find one of those on ebay as well since otherwise I'd still be able to use the old computer :( So we spent $69.99 and now our (slow) but working computer is going dead so we can't do anything with it. ...read more
