Outstanding customer service! My husband and I went to Haynes to look for a new mattress. We were met by Jerry Heine who was very knowledgeable and helpful.. but not pushy or oppressive. He steered us towards different options and then let us alone to test the different mattresses ourselves. And just at the right time.. he would return to tell us about it or show us other options. I loved that he didn't "hover" or make me feel pressured. Very satisfied with my experience and purchase! From arriving to the showroom, there were so many choices and the prices were better than any local dealer we visited. The Rep was pleasant and professional. We got a quick credit check, a great price and furniture delivered to our home a few days after. Received two phone calls prior to delivery and all went well. Javier put time and effort into getting it looking much better. Even I could tell that other cleaner left cleaning solution in the carpet and just probably pushed around dirty water. I had rubbed the carpet with a white towel and it turned gray. The bedroom looked a lot brighter when he was done. For the past 3 years living here in Virginia Beach I have tried a lot of carpet cleaning companies. So far Allen's Dry-n-Clean carpet cleaning has been the most knowledgable and helpful. I really appreciate how they are not a bait and switch company like I've found here locally, yes I did have some urine stains on the carpet from one of my pets and realized that was extra. I paid for it to be removed and don't have the nasty smell in my house anymore!
