I had a remote start installed in my truck. Install was good to go...worked fine at the shop. When I got my truck home I saw that the plastic around my steering column was not put back together properly. I called and informed them of this, and they said to come back. I returned, they "fixed" the problem and as I was driving away, I heard a somewhat loud rattling sound coming from the steering column. Plus, once my heater warmed up I started to smell a scent akin to super glue. I'm no genius, but putting two and two together (the smell of super glue and a rattle that was not there before) I could only figure that they broke the plastic around my steering column and tried to hide it with super glue. So next day I wake up and the plastic is separated again. I see residue of what appears to be glue. I call them at 10:00 am, they say they are busy and to try back at 4:00 pm.
