Took a bike in and was told one price on tires and to install them on the bike.And when i picked it up they charged another $20.00 for removing rear axle bolt said it was stuck the bike had 6000 miles on it and it had dirty grease finger prints all over the pipes. My bike was droped and put in to there shop for repairs, It took 3 weeks to get a estimate back that was poorly done, they missed about $1,100 in damaged parts including a bent wheel, crushed exhaust, and a hole in the swing arm cover after I had already told them about the damage when I droped the bike off. On top of that they droped my bike and damaged more parts and tryed to charge for the parts that they damaged. It took nearly 3 months to get my bike back. They lied to me several times telling me that the bike was being worked on as they speak when it was not. Parts were ordered in the wrong color, a quoted $5 can of touchup paint cost me $28.00 for a tiny bottle. I was told on several instences that "the bike will be done next week" A simple repair job that should only take a week total took 3 months to do.
