The customer service is absolutely atrocious at this location. There is never more than one person working. I waited an hour in the lobby before CALLING customer service and closing the account in 10 minutes. While I was there 3 other people came in and waited 20-30mins and then left as well!!! I dont know what was more infuriating, waiting an hour for no help at all or listening to the idiotic manager chit chatting for an hour with the person ahead of me without even noticing there were 4 people waiting on them.
