I have never in my life been treated so badly or spoken to so rudely in my life in a business. I had to go 4 times and it was always the same. They were usually on personal cell phone calls and never stopped their conversation . to wait on me. My friend asked a question on my behalf and was told can't you see I'm talking." Not to mention the prices are outrageous. I finally found Vapor crave on line and do all my shopping there. Stay out of that place unless you like being treated as if you are bothering them. ...read more

With the vast array of choices in vending services, there are many factors to take into consideration when allowing a vending company to service your site. A key factor that sets Vending Alliance apart is our level of integrity.  Every employee on staff is held to a standard that far exceeds the principles of most vending companies. Like many other large corporations, our entire staff is constantly trained and evaluated via customer service education, background checks, drug and alcohol screening, and regular medical check ups. Vending is here to provide unmatched vending service at the lowest prices possible.  In today's world, there are enough hindrances keeping employees from being able to concentrate on their job. Their workplace's vending should not be one of them, and we are here to answer any questions and address any problems that you are experiencing with your current service. In also being one of the largest FULL SERVICE VENDORS in , we are one of the few national vending companies that have firsthand knowledge of what is necessary to provide unmatched service to your locations. We can provide completely new vending services and machines, or simply tweak your current service in order to better accommodate your site's needs. We are associated with vendors in all fifty states and can provide ONE point of contact for all your sites across the country.  In offering state of the art technology,we eliminate a vast need for repairs and inquiries, yet if an error is to occur we are here to help. Vending Alliance offers a full time customer service department (Reached at 800-804-9096) and a 24hr service request website (www.TheVendingAlliance.com) accompanied by a fleet ofpersonnelto ensure you receive uninterrupted service and all the products necessary to your location. Please remember we are guided by the golden rule when we are dealing with both clients andstaff: we treatour clients and staff like we would want to be treated. For clients, this means we do what we say we are going to do when we say we are going to do it. Clients don't have to worry about untimely deliveries, out of date products, and broken equipment. If there is anything we can do to expand our relationship feel free to make inquires anytime at 800-804-9096 or visit us on the web at www.TheVendingAlliance.com       What is full service vending? We believe that a company is only as good as the service and peace of mind that it provides to its customers. We provide the very best in customer service so that our customers may enjoy their foodservice without interruption. We like to take the additional time prior to installations to establish delivery schedules that meet the needs of every site. The first step is site involvement. We like to look at an account on a quarterly basis. By working directly with each site, we can review monthly events and holidays that may have a bearing on a sites need for servicing. We run a 6-day a week schedule with varying route delivery times offering us the ability to coincide with your schedule. We can set particular dates of service at the beginning of each quarter to make sure we are addressing all the upcoming concerns for service. The second approach is product-monitoring services. With the implementation of Eport technology,we have cellular communication with each and every piece of equipment that will be onsite. By assigning not only a route driver but also a merchandising supervisor and collections manager to your location, we have an additional presence far greater than any other vendor in the Market. Our Route drivers are guided by the planograms set forth prior to installation ensuring that they are stocking the appropriate items. Our merchandising specialist is periodically onsite supplied with statistical analysis to assist in his recommendations for changing of product placement and selection. We do not simply fill the machines and hope they last. We set detailed pars to ensure not only product availability but also achieve the freshness standards you would expect from a full service vendor. Our entire staff is cross-trained in all aspects of your location so in many circumstances they will provide the routine maintenance necessary to prevent interruptions in your vending services. As we all know anything mechanical will have the need for occasional service. In using our central dispatch center our service personnel are available instantly via a direct phone call or a click of the mouse. We perform all service work in house reducing the need for ordering custom parts or outsourcing service. We have ample equipment to replace a machine that is not working properly. In tracking all issues tied to a specific machine we can notice trends allowing us to make the necessary changes to ensure uninterrupted service. ...read more
