She's great until u want to exchange something, I bought a Joey couture long sleeve white shirt for 29.99, it was frayed and poorly stitched, I wish this site had pics so can post them, this shirt had poor reviews online and was selling for $12, I feel she misrepresented her product, she told me it was a quality couture shirt, she got upset , loud, and irate when I pulled out the shirt and showed her stating that just because a Mercedes has scratch it's still a Mercedes and I didn't kno what couture meant anyway!!! The worst shopping experience of my life, then asked my boyfriend why he was talking to her because he wasn't a customer and needed to leave her store.No customer service, low integrity. Not upholding their posted return policy. Sadly her demeanor was not the same as when I went n to buy to shirt. And to make the situation worse I dealt with the owner sherry battle. I found this wonderful store in Janaf, ""Elite Child""; it had a large selection of suits and dresses for boys and girls. I was in the store for hours going thru dresses for my daughter and a matching set for my niece. I picked you a beautiful suit for my nephew and the sales person was helpful in coordinating my selection. I picked up everything from hat to shoes and the prices were the best I have seen. I have told my friends and family it truly was a very nice shopping experience! I recommend this store to everyone for his or her Elite Child. ...read more
