These people are not honest and truthful! I gave them $695.00 deposit towards an apartment in Portsmouth, then my husband and I decided it was not what we wanted or could afford at that time and now I have been getting the run around trying to get my deposit back! Now keep in mind, we have not signed any lease or anything except an application with a $25.00 nonrefundable fee! Nothing that binds us to this apt. Its just so unfair that you think you can trust businesses and that money may not be much to some, but it was everything we had saved to move and now we have to go thru changes to get our hard earned money back! I pray for these people and pray that anyone who decides to rent from them, please, please please, make sure its what you want and can afford and NEVER give a full deposit w/o something in writing to make sure you can get your money back if you decide not to rent from them, or anyone for that matter! I ask God...."why?" How can people do this to ANYONE?" "WHY ME LORD?" I don't have any money to throw away and I don't think anyone does for that matter! Its such a shame. I'm in a terrible bind because of this and don't have a clue what my family is gonna do now! We are homeless with nowhere to go and our hard earned savings is tied up! I've been leaving message after message for the past two days and they refuse to return my calls! Its such a shame. If anyone can give me any advise on who to turn to,please help me!
