Its a shame you sign a lease and have to abide by it well at least some of us. There is a weight limit of 25lbs. for pets and a pet deposit for some of us, I have a pet and paid the deposit my pet weighs 7lbs., if there is a weight limit PLEASE, PLEASE tell me why we have pitbulls, german shepards, akitas, rottwilers and numerous I repeat numerous other large dogs that nobody seems to have paid a pet deposit for, how do I know this cause I asked them, what is going on! if I break any part of my lease such as giving them a 29 day notice that I am moving I will be taken to court so why are ALL these people with these LARGE dogs allowed to stay and break the lease agreement?? Why do they not have to pay a pet deposit?? REALLY come on Frank and Shapiro follow up on what is really going on its not fair to those of us who follow YOUR lease RULES! I will be getting an attorney I want a full refund on my pet deposit. If you are all about the money boy oh boy just in my building alone you could $1000.00 no kidding! And don't listen to the apartment manager Ellen she will tell a different story.
