The worst customer service I have had in a long time. I bought synthetic extensions and tried everything to curl them (heat within the recommended range, wetting them and curling, hair spraying and then curling) and nothing worked. They were still stick straight. I called to see if I could exchange them and the employee said I couldn't exchange them and that synthetic ones do not curl. It clearly states on the packaging that they do intact curl and we talked about curling them in the store. She even recommended I buy those specific ones. She was incredibly rude, unwilling to help, or offer suggestions as to how to get them to curl. Her suggestion was to buy natural hair. I'm not going to spend more money at your store if that is the customer service I receive. I'm sure they do have good products, but I would rather spend my money in a place that has better customer service, are not rude to customers, and stands by their products when customers are completely unhappy. ...read more
