BEWARE OF DAMAGE TO YOUR VEHICLE WHILE IT IS BEING CLEANED!\t\n\t\nI went to this car wash after reading the great reviews above. They did an OK job of cleaning my car - although it was expensive. However, right after I drove out of the lot I noticed that the grill over my speaker on my dashboard had been broken. It had a hole in it about the size of a silver dollar. I had just had an inspection of my car right before having it cleaned because I was about to go to a body shop to have some work done, so I am certain that the damage was done while my car was in the Leesburg Station Auto Wash. I immediately went back to the wash and got the manager. He took pictures of the damage and promised to be in touch. When I finally spoke with him again several days later he told me that he could find no evidence that this was their fault and that "the burden of proof was on the accuser". So I am stuck with a several hundred dollar repair to my car because they will not own up to having damaged my property. It was very disappointing. Beware if you send you car in there - don't leave any valuables and be sure to check your car carefully for damage before driving off - not that it will do you any good unless you set a video camera of your own in your car before having it cleaned.
