I was a student at this establishment before it closed down. I paid the owner $1200 to get my Barber instructor license. Betty Henderson-Malloy(Owner) closed the business, forged (3) barbers school hours cheating them out of their barber education and to this date has failed return the $1200 owed to me and failed to submit my paperwork to the VA state Barber/ Cosmetology Board.
