Went to this oral surgeon on an emergency basis. His staff did not tell me that he did not participate in my insurance, so I ended up having to pay a higher rate than I otherwise would have. I paid a fee up front. When my insurance paid and I received an explantion of benefits, I found out that Dr. Collins owed me a substantial refund. It has been two months, and I have still not received my refund. He was an ok dentist ... nothing special. Certainly not deserving of twice the fee and the extra money I am owed on top of it! This is a nice dentist if you are looking for the bare essentials. Clean location but not handicap friendly. They have a small basement space office with what looked like outdated equipment, but I am they sure work fine. They offer a good service and the staff are somewhat friendly. The dentist seems to be concerned about the basics and just general basic dental care. Their publications in the office seem to offer great financial options for payments. They offer a free dental goodie bag for the kids after their service. I would recommend this office for those looking for just basic simple dental care. ...read more
