Went to Panisa Thai tonight, & I had to come home & write this review to share my amazing Thai experience. Stared with Sa-Tay chicken appetizer. Silky sauce was full of small bits of peanuts. Very tender chicken, cooked perfectly! We ordered Red Curry Chicken & Panang Curry Chicken. Both curry dishes were excellent! The Red Curry sauce has a subtler curry taste, and the Panang Curry sauce with peanuts is richer, with very round flavors. Love 'em! We also ordered Bruce's Choice/Drunken Noodles Chicken- excellent again. Spicy, & all veggies and meat cooked perfectly. Very clean, service was amazing, and the restaurant was jamb-packed with people waiting to get a seat. Full of Thai customers. Panisa, please never leave Burke!!! ...read more
