I would give these people a zero star but I could not so I give them one which is the minimum allowable. I had a problem and called my insurance company that called accurate towing to come get me, the incident happened at 12pm. I was given their number and my insurance company told me that they would be there in less than an hour, so I waited and an hour 30 mins later gave them a call and they told me the truck is on the way and should take about 10mins to get to me so I waited and every time I was told he's stuck in traffic at midday and would take 10-15 minutes. the 10-15 mins turned into 5hrs of waiting and finally I called my insurance to get me another company but they my insurance decided to give accurate towing one more call to find out what was going on before getting another company for me only to be told that they cancelled service without notifying anyone. If you have time to waste this is the company to go with but if you need service this is not the company to contact. ...read more

driver told wife there was a $50 dollar overage charge that had to be paid in cash; when I saw the $194 charge on my credit card I called to find out more about what the $50 charge was for. I was told it was a tip that was paid to the driver. Something fishy...for sure ...read more

My son was having trouble on a Sunday night at about 8:pm. Jeff from Accurate Towing not only came to tow his truck back to the shop, he also took him to an auto parts store, got the right price on a new radiator, installed it for a very reasonable fee and had him back on the road by 11:pm.
