I went into office max and bought an expensive item. went out to my car.. and realized I was hungry so went to the restaurant just a few steps away.... I came back and saw that officemax had called the tow service.. because I was parking in their customer space... but was not in their store... I went in there to confront them... and they were very rude to me... so I returned my item and left the store... and had to pay hundreds to get my car... Officemax, you made my life hell that day, and it was so unnecessary. the parking lot was empty, please focus your energy on more important things!!!! you lost my business... ...read more

Our company spends thousands a year at office depot and when we tried to use the warranty we bought , well basicly its useless we have been with out a printer/fax machine for six weeks and we are running a buisness try that without a printer/fax we have been dealing with multipul people on the phone and have had two repair guys out and installed four parts . No loaner no replacement unit just bla bla bla from the warranty co. And office depot just says - nothing we can do- We spent 399.00 on the unit and 139.00 on the warranty and theres nothing they can do ?????? ...read more
